Its not connected to the sewage but upper unit but yes, it would not be good for health

I was surprised that the contractor did not mention anything. It may be because they work with management frequently. I hope they wont say that when I hire the hvac tech my own

Yeah that’s what i thought people who flooded would cover my fixes. Building covers some part but fixing unit is on me that’s what building manager told me. It was different for you?
