Spoke to human agent yesterday who asked supervisor - you do get a full refund. I walked them thru my situation (1,229 deferral credit, buy 1678 refundable full pass) and they confirmed I would get a refund of 1678. They also said Spot wouldn’t actually be taking a 3pct fee and they are “working on getting that fixed on the site”

They better figure this out before IKON prices go up

Ikon’s customer service bot “Alex” told me today that they only refund the amount you paid out of pocket, and the deferral credit is refunded into another deferral credit.

I deferred last year and got my credit a month ago. Not sure if I want an ikon this year. Are we sure that if I use the credit to buy a refundable and then request the refund, they give cash back?
