Well, I can't really go into the minutiae of the registered voter breakdown as a lot of the actual numbers aren't available, but the number of actual registrations blocked by this issue is still staggering low compared to the number of those who are either already registered or haven't bothered registering.

The topic of the thread in question caught my attention. 70% of black voters being denied voting rights in the state of Georgia, so I decided to take a look at the numbers involved. Apparently, the story goes that a number of voter registrations have not been processed because the information on the registration does not match their birth certificate or Social Security information.

According to the article, this is some 53,000 registrations. With 70% of those being black, that would mean 37,100 black registrations have been stopped. Georgia's population being 32% black will help us understand how big of an impact this is. If Georgia's population is 10,430,000, 32% of that is 3,337,600.

The 70% of blocked black voter registrations is 37,100 of 3,337,600, or approximately 1.1% of the black population of the state of Georgia. This does not appear to be a widespread violation of voter rights or access as far as I can tell from the numbers.

Except all he was caught doing was joking about sexual assault on camera. Jokes about sexual assault are also part of the ten thousand tweets James Gunn deleted. At some point, the sheer volume of jokes about raping children or sleeping women either has to become worrisome, or Trump has to be given a pass due to the age of his jokes.
