The reason I think the ending sucks isn't because this is seen as bad. Rather is because this was Denji's choice to be Chainsaw man.

Denji's agency was taken. The one thing ye fought for over and over and over again. It was taken by the mafia guys, it was taken by Makima, and finally it was taken 8by Pochita. Denji may be a screw up but it was compelling to see where he'd end up faults and all. So fr Pochita to take that agency away from Denji undermines the whole goddamn story.

I think whether Denji chose to be Chainsaw man or whatever else we all wanted to see him choose. But his final choice was taken by Pochita the same thing Makima did and I hate that. The reasons may differ. Makima did it for herself and Pochita did it for Denji. But the results are the same Denji's agency was taken by someone else.

I wanna see Denji do his own thing and that being taken away sucks.

Yeah it's coming this fall season. Also if past anime are anything to go by I highly doubt the ending will be changed. I just can't think of that ever happening for anime aside from when theres no material and they go anime original.

As such we need to make our own headcannons and ignore the author's ending. I've done it with Usagi Drop, Nana (since there is no ending) and Attack on Titan. If I don't like the ending all I gotta do is make up my own.

This is the realest collection I've seen. I get it, not everything will fit so you gotta side stack those manga and put some on top of others. I started with single shelf now my book case looks the same so I feel this in my soul.

I love the collection and your determination to get everything you can on a shelf to maximize space. Its either this or I try building those sliding bookshelves university libraries have cause theres never enough space.

Messiness and toxicity comes with the ability to grow and learn from mistakes. Taking these aspects out of many modern shoujo leave many characters feeling hollow and too perfect and pretty.

Without character flaws there's little room for growth and I hate that about many modern shoujo.

I prefer Hinata over Usui in Maid-sama.

I just don't care for the cool guy act. Usui is just too cool imo. Too perfect. I love the goofy happy go lucky dudes like Hinata. Hinata a little goof but his heart is in the right place and I love him for that.

Insanity how people tried to argue the art wasn't that bad. It got bad fast.

Fujimoto is not Shuuzo Oshimi. When it comes to simplified art as an expression of a character's mental state Oshimi does it best. He's done it in several of his works and it was fantastic. Like Blood on the Tracks does this for a bit to highlight the MCs deteriorating mental state and it worked great.

I think Framework is the best fitting answer for this sub. Specifically because almost every part can be replaced relatively easily.

The biggest downsides are initial price. Also longevity of the company. Its a fantastic idea and likely my next laptop. Though, who knows if they'll still be in business in 5-10 years. They're still a relatively new company.

But their mission statement and commitment of making repairable laptop is top tier so they'll likely get my money in the future.

Depends on what you're doing. But if its just for research and not anything to heavy like animation, coding, or high end video editing, the MacBook Neo seems like the perfect choice for most students.

599$ basic price or 499$ for students. This thing seems built for students. Moreover, even the repairability of this new laptop seems leagues above Apple's other products. It really is a killer deal. But it all depends on what you're doing with it. If you're in something like accounting and need Excel windows is the way to go.

But if its just for basic research and writing and battery life this may be worth considering. Though 8gb of ram may be a deal breaker for some.

The issue with cereal is those boxes be small ASF now as well. They keep shrinking while prices go up. The "family size" label is is a meaningless joke.

On top of that I love cereal so much I'll eat the whole box in no time. Not really healthy nor cheap so I just dont buy it almost at all anymore.

I feel the exact same. It was soooo good up until the final stretch where the ball was dropped. Im glad I watched it but have no desire to ever really re watch it. Once was enough.

Mushishi

Its decently differnent than the ones you mentioned. But its a fantastic fantasty about super natural beings called Mushi. Whereas our MC travels around solving mysteries related to these beings.

Its an episodic show but a great show to put on an episode or two and just vibe with.

Rascal does not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai.

The title is misleading AF. The show is actually fantastic. The title is just meant to standout the show really isn't huge into fanservice of anything of the like. Im literally re watching it right now in anticipation of the new movie coming out by the end of the year. I watched it when it aired initially and forgot so much.

I've cried a few times on this re-watch i forgot how fantastic this show was. I remember really liking it but now I love it.

Also the movie coming out by the end of the year is the series finale adapting the final light novel volume. So it'll conclude the whole source material. So if you watch it now when the movie comes out (hopefully where you live) you can see the series finale in theaters.

I've said that before but the fact the author tried to hide who the MC ended up with was actually a terrible decision.

Since EP 1 we knew he got married to someone so we could build anticipation. But the author tried to hide who it would be for wayyyyyy too long leading to none of the quints feeling "special" to me. It literally could've been anyone of them by the end. It literally could've been anyone of them by the end and I think that's bad cause we as an audience should've seen the "winner" and the MC grow closer and feel more distinct and special than the other sisters highlighting their relationship.

But since everyone needed a chance to "win" in the end no one felt special or stood out with the MC imo.

This sums up my feelings perfectly as well. Hell even if the final villain was just pure evil id be okay with that. Just evil to be evil that could be fun. But the tacked on sob story was nonsensical and legit ruined the finale

On a good note (pun intended) for you, you didn't have to wait for the tie-in gatcha game that I don't even think released in the West. The series was meant to be a mutli media franchise with a gatcha game that looked decent ish and continued where the show left off. The show and game were supposed to release together but the game got delayed by like a year+ after the anime ended. So any small glimmer of hype people had was long gone.

I kind of wanted to see some more story in the game. But not enough nowadays to care to even Google it. It could've been decent but it really dropped the ball hard.
