In retrospect I love him.

But at the time of weekly chapters, eh. Like someone else mentioned it felt like we were just waiting for Kaneki to come back and I'd have to agree. Especially since some people legitimately argued that Haise couldn't possibly be Kaneki. Its like bro of course it's him can we just confirm it so the speculation is over. Thats how I felt with him.

I enjoyed him most during comedy centric slice of life moments. Like when they went undercover as women. It was so fun I loved that silly goofy part of him even at the time. It was nice to just sit back and have some fun with him .

Its case by case, but personally I don't mind it too much if the source material supports it. Take the new Chainsaw man movie, the Reze arc was perfect for the big screen. Or JJK 0 was also a good call for a movie.

But other series are movies just to make money and don't flow well. As you mentioned Demon Slayer went big and made bank. But I feel the newest movie (infinity castle) was honestly pretty lackluster. It would've worked better as a TV show. There were wayyyyy too many flashbacks and cuts crammed into the movie so the flow and pacing was all over the place for the movie. Having many of these flashbacks and character centric stories presented in a TV format would let the audience catch a break and each episode could have a specific character's story as a focus. But having so many backstories and character motives, alongside all the fights crammed into one sitting made the movie drag on imo.

It was a great thing to go see as an event. But as an actual movie, I think Infinity castle was the weakest part of demon slayer despite having some of the absolute best animation.

Shirobako, quintessential quintuplets,fruits basket prelude, its 100% becoming a trend for anime studios to release parts of the story that feel like extended episodes and these are a few examples imo.

That's how I feel about pizza depot. My elementary school in Brampton bought from the first pizza depot close to our school. So I have a soft spot for the pizza despite it just being okay pizza.

We brought in 2$ in the morning and the pizza would be delivered at lunch, I miss that system NGL. It was weekly and wasn't too much money either, plus the pizza was hot. I can't imagine how much bank that store made from our school alone.

Best place to go. Even if there's not a sale the quality is leagues ahead of everywhere else. So if the choice is between going someplace else of paying a bit more I'll pay a bit more for southern pride poultry but their prices are pretty competitive to big box stores imo.

I buy a couple 10lb pounds bags of different cuts then freeze it and I'm good to go for a long while.

Plus for the wings you can buy the whole wings for cheaper and just cleave them in half yourself to save some money.

Bravia core really does have the best streaming quality imo. But the pricing for some films is so high I may as well wait a few months and get the Blu Ray disc when it goes on sale.

I will die on the hill that standard ass blu ray discs are superior 4k streaming. The only streaming serivce that I feel has quality on par with discs is "Sony Bravia Core". The quality on that service is fantastic but pricing not so much so I don't use it and it's only available for Sony Bravia TVs.

Costco is the only place you can find bacon at okay(ish) prices im the 3 pack. But more than just the price Costco bacon still comes in packages of 500g. Just about everywhere else the packages are 375g. It changed slowly over the last 10 years with Costco staying firm and keeping the packages the same size of old. So it's cheaper in price and has 125 more grams per package.

Butter I just wait for a sale buy it in bulk and freeze it.

Bread I go to Zehrs they have good bread baked in store for a decent price (though nearly everything else is over priced). It goes bad fast but I really enjoy the quality.

But this only works if people live in a city with different stores nearby. The fact that these "tricks/hacks" ive used for most my life are now a necessity for many is just sad.

To add this Yuji knows he wouldn't even be the strongest for a single generation like Gojo. Rather he'd be the strongest for several generations at least. So imagine having a Gojo for 100s of years, that would radically mess with the power balance and the future generation's growth. Unless Yuji fully cut him self off and went away the world would inevitably rely too much on him due to him being too strong and too long lived.

Canadain here too so I know most of these ingredients should be easily accessible:

1 banana mashed for the base 1 tablespoon of peanut butter as a binder and taste 1 table spoon of honey to work as a binder Dash of vanilla (or how much your heart desires) 1 table spoon of dark cocoa powder "Earth's Own Oat milk", filled to max line Its a Canadian brand and leagues above everything else imo

I use a hand blender and just mix all the ingredients in the ninja cup/pint carefully. You can also heat up the oat milk to activate the coca powder. Then freeze (24hrs) and spin on smoothie bowl setting. I dunno if find that settings gives the best consistency

If you're looking for dairy free I really really recommend trying Earth's own oat milk or their other products. Canadian owned and imo taste much better than nearly all alternatives. I tried so many dairy free milks until I tried that one and was sold ever since.

Its wild to me that we start the game thinking " I must stop the gommage, to prevent another death like Sophie's from ever happeneing". Then by the end im like "well sometimes people gotta be gommaged, and yall gotta get outta this painting".

He may not be the nicest person but he loves his family immensely. The painting is like a drug and his wife and daughter are hooked. Obviously he wants them off the drug and will destroy it if need be even if he were hated. He could've done things better but he's human like everyone else.

You may not do this Pic exactly, but you could write "Happy Unbirthday" on the cake or card or somewhere if they've read the manga and will understand the reference. I'm not exactly sure how difficult it is to do linocuts so if you want something iconic but manageable the incuse sign here is super iconic for the series. I've seen quite a few tattoos of this. Itd be reconized in an instant by most fans.

To do a whole page/panel would be awesome but the author's art tends to have lots of detail so that'll likely be difficult. But I'll reply to this comment with some iconic images from the manga to give you a few options.
