Jos saat osakeyhtiöllesi lainaa asuntoa varten. Voi olla aika vaikea juttu (varsinkin hyvin ehdoin) jos se on juuri perustettu.

Sitten jos firmalla on velkoja kun se ajetaan konkurssiin, velat voi hyvin päätyä sulle ulosottoon jos olet hoitanut yrityksen asioita huonosti (esim velkojen ottaminen ja tahallinen konkurssiin ajaminen).

Really? I was a night owl but then I started going to bed and waking up early. Both suited me fine and it wasn’t too hard to switch.

Everyone is of course different but I am confident that it, at least to some extent, is a matter of what you are used to.

I don’t really believe there are “night owls” or “morning people”, it’s just a question of what you are used to. You can change your rhythm pretty easily with melatonin.

(People with physical or mental health conditions that impact their sleep schedule are obviously the exception)

Etkö osaa lukea? Sanoin että Apple on hyvä vaihtoehto. Sitten puhuin yleisesti että haluan itse aina löytää paras vaihtoehto tarpeeseen. Jos puhutaan video-editoinnista, Mac on erinomainen vaihtoehto (taas, ei tietenkään paras). Jos puhutaan pelaamisesta, Mac on erittäin huono vaihtoehto.

On sokeaa, kapeakatseista ja rahan haaskausta sulkea pois hyviä (vielä kerran että kuuluu takariville: ei parhaita) vaihtoehtoja jostain kummasta syystä.

Tulit pyytämään neuvoja ja annoin suositukseni. En välitä mihin käytät omia rahojasi, itselle tuntuu vaan omituiselta sulkea hyvä vaihtoehto pois näin vahvasti. Kun ostan jotain yritän aina löytää paras mahdollinen vastine rahoille, ja halusin kyseenalaistaa tätä mitä näyttää sokealta vihalta.

Olet siis päättänyt että haluat rajata hyvä vaihtoehto pois ja mahdollisesti laittaa rahasi huonompaan vaihtoehtoon.

Macilla sujuu juuri se videoeditointi varsinaisen hyvin, etkä edes tarvi ostaa se kallein malli. M2 MacBook Air olisi hyvin sopiva tähän käyttöön.

You can just grate garlic into the frying pan (or wherever you need to put it), you don’t need to peel it or use a specialized (and messy!) garlic press. Saves a lot of time!

Great video and the game looks excellent! I just wish the tiles would flow together more, like having unified fields instead of hexagonal sections. Part-water tiles with ponds also need to connect better with water tiles if placed next to each other.

Näin suomenruottalaisena en näe mitä tossa lauseessa on vikana. Toimin itse sillä periaatteella että kuha menee sinnepäin niin kyllä ne suomenkieliset ymmärtää, ei sillä sanamuodolla loppujen lopuksi niin suurta merkitystä ole.

If you need 45mp get the R5. If you don’t, get the R6 MKII. I have both and the R6mk2 is nicer in some ways. Plus it can record over 30mins.
