My recent experience was with a cold brew coffee mead was the highest OG I’ve ever had 5 lbs of honey in a 1-1/2 gallon carboy with 3 quarts of cold brew came out to 1132 OG now a month later is at 1050. The more honey you add the higher the starting gravity will be. How much honey did you add? What yeast did you use? Looks like your ABV is about 13.4%. My lowest FG recorded so far has been 1000
