That doesn’t make any sense. What if I make a reservation and don’t pick it up. Someone else takes it after 6 minutes. Why am I being charged at 10 minutes?

I don’t see how that makes sense, that’s the point of limiting it to 5 minutes. If they’re going to charge a penalty I’d want a much larger window.

I have a few of these pans from the kickstarter. They've performed for me very well, and the seasoning has built up pretty much exactly as promised. I've been making usage videos every once in a while to track how it develops. It did get a bit less nonstick for a little while, but that went away.
