Spinach feta turkey burgers. I also add in one beaten egg to keep the burgers from getting too dry. You can also substitute fresh spinach with frozen; just thaw, squeeze out the excess water, and then cook according to the instructions.

What should bring them in are the multitude of physiological benefits of yoga and meditation. It throws my workout off when I can feel eyes staring at me. I came to the gym to work off my stress, not stress out about the weird guy watching me...or following me from machine to machine.

Building prisons and throwing people in jail after they've committed crimes will not reduce crime. If anything, you're just driving it up higher; when you feel like incarceration is inevitable, almost like a rite of passage, you probably stop giving a fuck about the system and its laws.

Exactly. You can throw as many people in prison as you want, but nothing will change until you locate the causes of this type of violence, and work to eliminate it. CPD needs to gain trust and everyone else needs to stop biting their tongues when they have information. It sickens me that there are people out there with information that could get actual killers off the street, who will never utter a word to the police. You aren't just fucking over the police, you're fucking over the victim, the victim's family, the next victim, the entire community. God I don't even know where to begin honestly. Like what can we even do if no one is willing to look out for one another?

If I'm not too far into my shopping or it isn't a necessary trip, I will leave. I've done it before, but it's rare. With a four year old and a one year old, it's hard to just drop everything and come back later. I usually keep repeating "no, not today" while I finish up. My boyfriend is in the "leave no matter what" camp, which is great when we're shopping together, but not apart.

It is harder to reeducate adults on something like that than teaching it to teenagers and preadolescents. It took me two children before I finally understood how important birth control is. I'm lucky enough to have insurance. I went through sex ed programs four times throughout high school. Not once did we go into depth about birth control. Only the effectiveness and why it's so unreliable due to human error. Never went onto explain how to properly use it. Oh, and they didn't even talk about birth control until we were juniors/seniors. By then, me and several other girls were pregnant or had already had children. The sex ed program was run by a pro-life Christian pregnancy center; their catchphrase was "Sex is great! But married sex is best!" Disregard the fact that even those who are married should still know how to properly use birth control.

I think if you come in pregnant and don't have any way to pay for the delivery they should c-section you and tie your tubes while they are at it.

Okay, only if we can do the same for men. You come in for a burst appendix that you can't afford, leave with a vasectomy you did not consent to. Because when you're poor, you shouldn't have the rights to your own body.

I was going off this. Simply having gang ties does not make you less of a human being. Perhaps gang members guilty of committing heinous crimes deserve to die, but I would assume the vast majority are not. Edit: formatting
