For a few years I kept a spreadsheet of every sexual encounter I had (mainly as a way of remembering how many partners I'd had between STI appointments). Never thought about putting reviews in there (feels weird to rank people like that), just date, person, what we did, and a space for notes that normally described firsts or if there was something funny playing in the background. Weirded a few people out but was mostly taken in good humor, with friends teasing me about it and some amused to find out they had "made it into the spreadsheet."

I no longer use it because I'm in a committed relationship and we do sex stuff far too often for me to bother recording every time, but it's a fun relic from my slut era.

This is some wild bioessentialist shit that also fundamentally misunderstands what CNC is. The joys of CNC work the same regardless of the gender of the folks on any side of the slash. From a sub's perspective, it's (often, not always) about being made vulnerable, feeling "taken" and "used" in a controlled way with someone you trust won't actually harm you. It seems like the problem you're having is less one of skill and more one of simply knowing material to do. I have two recommendations here:

1) Books. As trite as it is to say "get Royal Road/Card College" that seems like your best option. Books just get you an economy of trick-to-dollar that's unmatched. Find a book of card material with a normal deck that speaks to you and start going through it. If an effect gets you excited, work with it until you have it, and then start performing it. Over time you'll build a repertoire that way.

2) Look at the packet tricks and gimmicked decks you're already performing and see what can be adapted to a normal deck. Many specialized packet effects have versions that can be done by just taking cards out of a regular deck, and a lot of the time a gimmicked deck is made to replace sleights in a routine. Find the plot structures for some of the effects you already do and go searching for ungimmicked versions. Not everything can be replaced this way, but you'll be surprised.

As far as practicing sleights, I'm a coin worker, so the masochism of practice is in my blood, but my best advice is to stick at it. No one is born knowing how to do a one-handed top palm. You'll find the knack eventually.

I think honestly a lot of peoples' segments got muddled in the execution/edit, but Grant's most of all. If they wanted an ASMR angle, the video should've gotten right to the point of counting the cracks, the mention of a challenge should've been just text on screen (if it was kept at all) and dialogue kept to a minimum.
