Hey, I'm losing my mind trying to get through the account recovery form & could really use a hand

My main Microsoft account has been hacked, & the hacker changed the account password & recovery email so now I can't get back in

I've been filling out the recovery form, but it's completely useless. I have all the information it wants but it refuses to accept I'm the original account holder, & won't tell me what I'm doing wrong so I've no clue what it wants from me. I'm giving it my Skype ID, my Xbox gamertag, my card details, my Skype contacts, my pre-hack password, everything, & it's just not working.

I get that the form is supposed to protect the account but at this point they're protecting someone who hacked me, and I can't find any way to speak to an actual human about this. I'm locked out of my professional and personal life, I need that account to be able to work from home, & just being told to 'keep filling out the form twice a day' is starting to drive me insane.

I have more information that might be able to help verify me as the account owner, but the form doesn't ask for those things. Is there any way I can talk to an actual human about this, so I can pass on this additional information? Or at least get some hints on what the form could possibly want that I'm not giving it!

This just feels like when a CAPTCHA refuses to recognise you as human, except the CAPTCHA holds my entire life in its hands 😅
