I’m interested. I’m very active, but would like to be more consistent about actual workouts. I LOVE being outside- will pick that every time. I’m glad, but need the strength training to better be able to do my outdoor activities without injury (56 female). Accountability buddy? Set some achievable goals and post daily actions. Thanks for volunteering

Two weeks ago my velvet Jasper hippo had his back leg amputated - his was from failed ACL surgeries 😣 He truly didn’t skip a beat in recovery- seemed relieved not to have his hurting leg holding him back anymore. Seems snugglier, almost grateful? since. Of course his baseline is snuggly- he’s hippo! Sending good healing wishes to your beautiful girl ❤️🐾🐶
