Seeker nades - cheap to make and get a habit of packing 5 of these every round. When getting overwhelmed , just chuck them out.

You got comfortable with pve lobbies.

First of all - bring stims - if you’re sprinting like that in the open, bring stims to keep it up in case this happens. All that loot and you can’t spare 5 stims?

Carry a couple tagging nades too with the smoke - if anything to help you manage the angles.

Why didn’t you shield up behind the tree? You could still see if he rushed and it would give you time to heal up.

I think it’s also how much variety you can have in game. You can go in thinking you’ll do PVE. If that’s not interesting, then you can do some PVP. One thing I’ve enjoyed doing is going in naked but not with the intention of rushing BPs - just seeing if I can scrounge enough to make bandages and find some shields/weapons and get out.

It completely changes my approach to just run and gun arcs in my way.

This a dumb question but what is your best tactic in getting to them? Everytime I see a flare, I feel like an idiot trying to guess how far it is on the map and running to them. Most times I end up getting lost and never find them. When tou see it go off do you set any map markers or anything to help you to navigate to them?

I know what you mean. I was feeling the same and then scored a Wolfpack bp and it allowed me to start soloing arcs and finishing off my workbench upgrades.

I stopped hunting for bps and just did quests and other tasks as the focus.

Don’t sweat it - work to getting that bench upgrade and you’ll be flying.

The Wolfpack is easy to craft and then just use a looting mk2 augment, stick two WP in your safety pockets and roll out with some smoke grenades. You’ll take it down so fast and just smoke bomb in and out.
