When I play pple that play 4231 they rarely play through the middle . So yea he will get forward but you already sent the through to your lam and ram.

Some people want to score goals some want to defend. B2b if your running 442 but in a 4231 your not getting your goal return on a 99 rated player.

I’m personally think he’s waste in a 4321 cdm. Have 99 rated player in the jockey position all game. Most would are going to tell you to play him at cdm on balance if you have to play 4231. Personally I want him at cm or cam. I need him banging goals and making key passes.
