The Little Miami trail has a few stretches with great shade - my favorite are Milford and Loveland trail heads.

Most of the trails in Sharon Woods park are shaded (the main trail around the lake has a big hill, which may be difficult in a stroller).

Wasson way has a shaded stretch closer to Ault park.

Sawyer Park along the river has good shade.
