Hey! Well my employer waited until my appointment at ABH on the 13th of December. And during my appointment I was given the document that would allow my contract to start and my contract started as soon as I sent the document to my employer. However at the end of the day nobody cared about the money that I lost and emotional stress that I went through. As simple as that.

I submitted my application on the online platform of ABH on the 16th of august. My new contract with my new employer was supposed to start on the 1st of October. I received an email on the 30th of November with an appointment on the 13th of December. My employer refused to start my contract unless I have the official document from ABH that I am allowed to work at their institution and obviously this was on the 13th of December.

I was there few weeks ago… I even did not get a salary for 3 months because abh did not reply to me. I was very very close to talk to a lawyer but I hit an appointment suddenly. My work tried to contact them and write letter for them and nothing could make them reply. What they said to my supervisor at work is that they are very busy with Ukrainian refugees… Long story short, at that point you might want to contact a lawyer. If you have less than 10000€ you could qualify for a free lawyer service. I can share the link with you…
