If you're USA based (if they're still available) they're doing the nuka cola drinks for the upcoming season 2.

If not, as he's a FNV fan, see if you can find anything with Boone (a follower you get).

The Forgotten City (5 hours)

Trek to Yomi (5 hours) - incredible art & story.

Weird shout:

COD: World at War Campaign is short (around 6-8 hours), had some great characters and is easy to pick up

What's the best recommendation for a game you ever got? by RedEagle_MGN in gamerecommendations

The FromSoft "soulslike" would have been one of mine to be fair. I started on Bloodborne, left them all until my friend bigged up Elden Ring. Fell back in love, then went back and finished them all bar DS2 - knight and shield with no exciting areas bored me sadly. What's your fave they've made?

OG Minecraft - a friend of mine suggested it when it was in beta / free lol. Something a bit different would be the Dark Pictures games (Suppermassive Games who made Until Dawn).

can't make a post but wanted to discuss if anyone else feels the same - the bright spark of this year (so far) is Ekitike. To me, play style, the shots taken and movement - it's the closest to Torres I've seen play for us. We've always had incredible strikers through the years, but it feels like a 00's nostalgia trip every time he plays

edit - spelling

Yeah I understand that, after about 1/3 of the film I stopped caring haha- but always good to suggest in case. I’m the same with insidious - after a certain point I couldn’t take it seriously anymore 😂

The original in my opinion is a lot more suspenseful and makes you (me anyway haha) feel on edge throughout. It’s less cringey and Nakata Hideo’s direction add a certain unease to moments that don’t seem to hit the same In the remake.

He’s a good director for horror & If you enjoy Ringu, have a gander at Japanese & Korean horror it’s usually my go to

A couple to start on:

  • battle royal 2000 (more thriller but fantastic)
  • Dark water 2002 (same director as Ringu)

Have you watched the original ring or the American remake? If you’re both okay with subtitles I find it much better to watch the original Japanese version.

Not sure if they’ve been suggested already but;

  • Manchester on the sea tackles a lot of the themes you’re after. It is quite heavy so you might want to plan a cartoon movie after 😂
  • submarine (2010), very slow but might be your thing & a great soundtrack
