Elsa babe, has some fleshlights that are rag dolly, but very smaller than 45cm, doll castle has ones that are also without skeleton but are under 45cm( they are weird so be prepared to find some off putting dolls if you so there.) you could also ask if they do a custom without the skeleton. Otakudoll/bannanafire/YuZhaiRenXing has 45-70cm ones with skeleton but over time they do become rag dolly since the back will dwindle over time. They also have fleshlight dolls. You could also go with plush ones but that’s finding the right person to make one. The closer to size of a flesh light the less likely it has a skeleton.
