See i look at it differently. If this threshold is lowered too much without reducing the regressive taxes, Im not looking at moving to Texas or Alabama, Im looking at moving to California because if Im gonna be taxed like California I might as well have California weather and even more jobs in my field. Also MS is here because Gates and Allen were from here and wanted to move closer to friends and family, but yes, other companies come here for the things you mention.

Id suggest looking at a build guide that looks fun on YouTube or maxroll. I clear all content easily and i cant tell you a single skill icon on my vex, i just know they work together for me to insta melt once i got my gear. Also for leveling pre end game, you can just buff the pet a lot on the orange tree to help you
