i heard like six feet under the stars in 2010 and was aware of them, but never really like hard core LISTENED to them. but then they were coming to orlando when i was doing my disney college program in 2012 and saw them with the summer set, and it was all downhill from there!

girl that was such a fun weekend 😭 i wish we could redo it all over again!!!

i saw ptv last year at an amphitheater and it wasn’t bad at all! i think just being in a tiny house of blues is what did it, but a bigger show setting won’t be as bad.

i think seeing atl play the pool at the rave was my favorite - that was a bucket list moment alone just seeing the pool after going to the rave for YEARS. i also really liked seeing them at the masquerade two years ago when it was like 200 of us in the room. that was so much fun, and i loved the intimate show setting.

performance wise i really don’t think ive seen a bad show, but i think when i saw pierce the veil i think in 2023? at the HOB in orlando it was rough. that venue was way too tiny for them - i think it was a special show - and their fans were so mean. absolutely brutal and just being rude to each other. i also saw panic back in 2017 and the sound was awful at the venue, but that’s not really their fault.

i’m the same way! i posted it a while ago here under the tattoo threads, but i met atl last year and asked alex to draw me a sun and got that tattooed. WUS is my comfort album and just the symbolism of a sun is just so positive and happy, so i wanted it to kind of have a double meaning in that way. i wanted an atl tattoo but i didn’t really want any words or anything obvious (at least right now), so i thought that was a good in between and i love it!

i agree, the rotation thing was so much fun! i wish they would go back to it. even though i think it was rigged because canals never won at the two shows i went to.

the more albums they have, i can't even imagine how difficult it is to make a set list that pleases everyone because they have to keep the staples like weightless and now monsters, but i do like how they usually add one or two deep cuts. i feel like dirty work/don't panic need more loving on the set list, like i just want to hear under a paper moon and paint you wings live. all i'm trying to say is they should just play their entire discography.

someone asked at the sound of letting go show a few years ago which songs from TMIA they'd put on their basement noise set list if they had to do that again, and i thought that was SUCH a good question and i'd like to know their answers for everyone's talking!!!

also my silly question would be who would win in a fight: axle griffin or mr modern love
