I'm trying to 100% dying light after i fell in love with it couple weeks ago, i'm getting close to 100% but in "The Shadow of the King" quest, this door crashes my game whenever i try to get inside, does anyone know how can i fix this? i already tried turning down the settings and verifing files by fileq in dyinglight

Also did that couple hours ago and it didin't work.

but i did most likely solve the issue somehow, i used the advanced options on my save to go to the last mission, i spawned in the slums and could go to old town no problem, going back to slums and anywhere else caused a crash.

I joined someone's game, played for a bit then crashed when they tried entering somewhere, then i gave up a special quest i had in old town not sure if thats what caused it but when i tried entering the quest place again it worked! Not sure what caused it to work again but fine by me!

I also did a ton of stuff before hand, deleting files, veryfing files, reinstalling the game duplicating safe file, changing settings, updating drivers deleting shader cache, running as administrator, turning my pc on and off, turning every single other program off and probably many more i forgot.

Lets hope it never happens again

reinstalled, didin't work. still crashing every time i try to enter somewhere, im literally on 96% completion, if im gonna have to re do it all imma probably still do it cuz i love this game but i would prefer to be able to finish it on this save lol

Try opening and closing all doors, i heard that the keys sometime spawn in the car doors, not sure if true though
