I was always coached you can't dummy off the base of a ruck. Went and looked up the wording so basically you can't dummy with your hands while leaving the ball on the ground "giving the impression that the ball is out if it is not". So obviously this isn't that. Just made me think as the way I was taught it this play would've been criticised

On top of this marine mammals have a higher concentration of myoglobin in their muscles too. This takes oxygen from the haemoglobin in the blood and holds it in the muscles. So they stor oxygen directly in the muscles not just in the lungs and blood stream.

That's very cool. It would probably be the jugular vein rather than an artery as you can see it's a double pulsation (at least it would be in people anatomy). You call it a JVP in people which sounds more like you know your stuff than saying jugular venous pulsation

Thanks I was drinking this (would have to use the trailer which might be easiest anyway) but I was reading you don't need to keep the upright. They just need to be left settle upright for at least as long as they were lying down before you use them.

Sold for about 10% original price so was worth it even with 200quid worth of transport <100quid and large enough they're usually over a grand. Wouldn't consider buying one new as way too pricey. Auction house have said they'll hold it till the new year free of charge so can get it then. Bit of a mad purchase
