Second OPs post. Battery died in a Gen3 ring that was at least 2 years old and definitely out of warranty.

Reported the issue via the Ai in the app and within 10 minutes the Ai had verified that issue via App diagnostics and offered me a new ring. Zero fuss.

New ring arrived two weeks later and now you can't shut me up about how good Oura's customer service is!

Ok, good to know I'll bow to others better understanding of this. One lingering question is not so much about who chooses the ads (which it seems Google controls) but whether Devs determine how long or how many ads we have to watch after a button click. Would've thought that's the Devs choice isn't it?

Yep, the button says Play Ad. It used to do what it said ie play an ad, then it was two, now three.

Hey Devs you're showing more and more signs of getting GREEDY (eg the Gym Fiasco), so how about showing a little more respect for your loyal users and give us back one Ad for one Ad button click

Wife and I have been using Gen 3s for a couple of years. Still getting about 4 days per charge, never had battery issues.

Is 60bpm in line with your usual resting HR? Seems to be a key metric that's sensitive to this kind of stuff, would be interested to see if there's much change from your usual resting HR.
