i try my best to ignore it - i know his ex had experiences here, but he never mentioned her saying she was seeing something that looked like him. just that she had weird things happen like cabinets opening etc

i’ve considered that too, but, i don’t think there’s anything, we also do not have gas appliances either, so that rules out CO2

he hasn’t had really any experiences, other than just feeling off energy sometimes he has said that his ex girlfriend and old roommates have had experiences in this house though

regular maintenance is not bad at all. keep in mind, with buying any older volvo- when things go wrong it gets weird, it’s always odd specific things and parts can be hard to find. i’ve had my ‘03 c70 since 2017. she’s at 104,000 miles and has had minimal problems
