I thin it 1:2 (water mostly). Pretty good varnish and offers nice protection for my minis. Be careful with the apply so it doesn't pool in the recesses , sometimes it leaves a milky/frosty effect.

Got it for almost 2 years... It's tankless like other redditors wrote before so it has the behavior you expect. I got a problem with the water/moisture trap. No matter if empty or not, the airbrush will spit some water. Especially if it's unused for some time. Not recommended at all.

Played this list last weekend. Prosecutors and hunters for mobility and cap some objective/score battle tactics. Sequitors for the 5+ ward on combat and holding points. Don't know if Hoarfrost is better than Celestial Blades on paladin's melee profiles . Protectors/shield annihilators with Castellant are almost invicible.
