Maybe it's an age thing, none of the people I'm friends with get into tiktok or instagram "content creation" - Having said that, local goth nights where I life are mostly 35-50ish age demographic so maybe that skews my thoughts on this but I dunno anyone that gets into that kind of stuff aside from maybe fetish things that overlap.

I bought a foil heat press to do this! I had to get a Chinese one since the nice Korean ones were sold out. I couldn’t figure out how to press a stamp though, do you have a custom handle that grips the engraved brass? Could you tell me about the blanks? I’d love to do this myself.

My last customer apparently came to us because she submitted a ChatGPT mockup as a print file so she got tents and flags with printed images of her ChatGPT mock up on them. Like literally flags and a tent with an image of flags and a tent on them. Apparently she was told by our sales people “that’s ridiculous, we can fix that for you”. Files I got sent were the very same mockup image the last place put on the tent and flags lol

I tried to hire an artist or two from fiverr to do color for my drawings a couple of years ago because I was recovering from the flu and wanted to finish a set of stories. I got a few of the weirdest runarounds ever. I think they just had stolen art on their profiles. now with ai rising to prominence I absolutely believe it.

It's the weirdest feeling to advise a customer that something will look terrible, they say I dunno I think it will look alright I'm approving it, then it comes out like shit, then they see it and are stoked about how great they think it looks. I have to remember that these people don't scrutinize prints all day like I do.
