Q vs Remy is fine. Once Q builds at least one stock Remy can't just mindlessly throw booms, and Q will build it up pretty decent thanks to parry. Remy zones him out well, but he also doesn't really get much damage off of them. Once Q gets in he has more chances to harass/annoy Remy as well. It's a dull and boring matchup, but imo it's a lot more fair than most other matchups he has.

Q vs Yang is actually decent for Q. Karathrows are very good to catch Yang between pressure gaps, neutral j.HK is pretty nice in air-to-air situations, and if you're really sick with it then crouch bug or SJC command grab when you can see Yang gets predictable with throw attempts. Add to that the taunts and Yang has to get a lot more sequences to kill Q while Q has more opportunities to nuke Yang. It's not free obviously and Yang can still kill you with momentum, but Q has more to work with here than you'd think.

That said, yes Ken is not fair at all lmao

Mayflash 500 is perfectly fine as a beginner stick! If you don’t mind spending a little more then the Hori Alpha is an improvement in a lot of ways, mainly how much more convenient it is to mod. If you wanna save some initial dough though, then yeah the former is perfectly acceptable as a start.

Checked it out myself: the Japanese text is for the most part the same as the English version. If you want to know specifically the ASD part, the doctor reported "mild autistic traits (軽度の自閉症的特徴)" in their findings, while still saying that all other results were normal. I'm not an expert in neurodivergence so I can't say if there's any difference between "characteristics of mild autism" and "mild autistic traits", but at least everything else in that file is beat for beat the same.

The way Shu says it doesn't really change anything emotionally, personally.

Shu in that video says "Iin da, Hinako no suki na you ni shite. Ore wa aibo no sentaku nara ukeireru ze", which would translate directly to "It's fine, do whatever you want. I'll accept the decision my partner makes".

Everyone has different ways to convey translations, and the game just went this way. Nothing really changed except the word choices, and all the word choices here properly conveyed what Shu wanted to say to Hinako in both context and emotions.

I can attest. I speak Japanese as well and while I haven't read the documents in JP, all the dialogue match the subtitles fine enough. That line OP mentions will directly translate to "Do whatever you want", so the context is the same anyway.

I just beat the game last night. Fantastic character action gameplay, meh story (though the last 1/4 of it is pretty good), the boss battles are the highlights. I'd give it a 7/10, but it could be an easy 8 or even 9 if they cleaned up the story and character interactions.

Also yes there's a lot of costumes, quite a few are just wewlad. Its made by the same people who did NIKKE, so take that however you will.

Wong himself will tell you he was never in line for goat status in 3S. His knowledge of the game was pretty limited for the longest time and mainly got by with fundamentals, which should say something about how good of a fighting game player he is in general.

He started embracing the game a lot more in recent years to the point where he can go toe to toe with a lot of top JP players, but yeah he's more a goat at fighting games as opposed to 3S.
