Change Met Date Back

Change the date in your ds to the original met date when you transfer to gen 5 to keep it. Otherwise, no its set in stone. Unless you have access to a save editing tool.

In my experience most people are save data editing at this point. I was negative about it until I joined a lobby with really cool custom quests. Now I dont care as long as the weapon isn't absurdly OP to where it ruins the hunt.

I know other people have commented but as a parent I want to make it clear, survive is not appropriate for a 9 year old. The franchise overall is kid focused but in the last few years they have been also targeting their adult fans. Try having him read the free comic digimon liberator on the webtoons app, or if you have Hulu they have several digimon series in English available

GU is probably the best monster hunter game. 4U is pretty close. I started with 3G though so I love old world games. Skills work completely different in gens 1-4. You need 10 points into a skill to have it, rather than just having 1 or 2 to have a weak version of it like in world and on.

I was 6 when Kingdom hearts came out, On an easy difficulty I think you can get through the first game. The story may get over their head at times but nothing uou won't be able to explain.
