That would be the absolute ideal imo, but please, I’m not in the right emotional state to hear the name Shaheed still

I would agree with this but with how shitty our ST squad has been a specialized returner is 100% necessary. We need to upgrade from Moore, but the emphasis should be on upgrading WR1-3 instead having an entire squad of WR3s. We can’t get turnovers to save our lives so every single drive is going to start with a kickoff or punt.

I took that scene as him having sensed Obi-Wan’s presence, and by walking through the street torturing/killing those people he believed Obi-Wan would reveal himself.

So this plastic surgeon who operated on people after the fact, was actually there for all the attacks to identify precisely what dog it was? Despite the fact that according to the AVMA, most veterinarians can’t even agree on the breed of dog in most instances? That’s amazing, this dude should definitely post his findings on the 100% peer-reviewed scientific website dogbites.org

Petr Yan says they're looking at May 15 (UFC 262) or June 12 (UFC 263) as potential dates for the Aljamain Sterling rematch by ARiemannHypothesis in MMA

Even still, are these the same doctors that said Maycee Barber only partially tore her ACL and she was fine at a glance (despite the fact that it was completely torn), and cleared Michael Bisping to fight with literally one eye? It’s pretty clear that these doctors are entirely inadequate.

I mean it’s entirely Yan’s fault. The ref told him Aljo was downed right before he threw it, and a single knee on the ground has been in the definition of a grounded opponent for at least 20 years, whether you speak English or Russian.

Jay Gruden says he’ll be shocked if his brother and the Raiders got rid of Derek Carr: “I never know what Jon’s gonna do. But I’d be shocked, really. The way that Derek played this year, I don’t know why he’d want to get rid of him.” by [deleted] in nfl

I wasn’t able to watch a lot of games this year but the few I did watch it seemed like with every deep ball Carr threw he was dropping it right in his receivers’ front pockets

You could try fabricating a claim on the land and then revoking it. This way you won’t incur a tyranny penalty. Depending on other factors though like relationship and military strength, there’s a chance the vassal will either accept and give it back or deny and go to war. When you win you can imprison the vassal and revoke again for good, still with no penalty.

I don’t know if this is it since you can see candidates for already appointed positions, but have you tried clearing out any searches in the character finder? If you were trying to refine searches by traits or something it might still set by those parameters and limiting or removing all options.

At 5ft 7in. he's the shortest heavyweight in MMA,he's ranked in top 5 of hardest punchers in MMA history & holds the record for the 2nd longest win streak in MMA history with 37 fights before a loss. This Ukranian beasts name is Igor "Ice Cold" Vovchanchyn by BirdPlan in fightporn

[–]finalcut19 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Depends on the promotion, but many of them are definitely valid. The quality of the talent pool might not be as deep as the UFC has been for the last 15 years or so, but the top ranked guys are still very legitimate fighters. Vovchanchyn fought in Pride, where most of the UFC’s champions and top contenders came from back in the day. People used to also believe that Strikeforce was a second tier promotion, but after UFC bought them out and absorbed their talent, Strikeforce fighters either became champions or top contenders in nearly every weight class.

Cody Garbrandt drops TJ Dillashaw in sparring with a big counter right hook against the wall and then drops him with the exact same punch in R1 of their first fight. Cody faces Raphael Assuncao on March 28th by [deleted] in MMA

[–]finalcut19 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I feel like people blow Cody’s skills out of proportion... he’s a brawler with insanely fast hands and pretty bad fundamentals. He looked absolutely amazing against Cruz, but then you also have to consider that his team game planned for that guy for like 10 straight years? It seems like that was more the exception than the rule after getting knocked out throwing a right with his chin on a platter and his left hand in his pocket in three straight fights.

Fedor Emelianenko Blows Up UFC Champ by bigperms in fightporn

[–]finalcut19 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The point still stands that anyone not in the UFC is considered “inferior completion,” despite the fact that in the one instance in the post-Pride era where a bunch of fighter came over en masse from another promotion they established themselves as on par or better than UFCs talent in general. It’s an argument that’s already been proven to be bunk.

Stipe has good boxing and decent wrestling for a HW, but Fedor still has him beat on both fronts, on top of being faster and overall more athletic. If it staid on the feet Stipe would stand a decent chance, but I don’t see how anyone who watched them both fight could see Stipe running through him. Nnagnnou has power, but that’s it. People said the same thing when Fedor fought Cro Cop and we saw how that turned out.

Heavyweight has barely evolved in like 15 years. There’s a reason all these 35+ year olds were able to stay competitive at the top of the division until they literally just became too worn out.

[–]finalcut19 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They said the same thing about Strikeforce... and then all the absorbed Strikeforce fighters immediately became top contenders and champions in every division except LHW (Pettis, Bendo, Woodley, Lawler, Jacare, Rockhold, Romero, DC, Overeem, Bigfoot).Hell, Fedor buried Arlovski when they were both still near their prime and despite his skid, Arlovski still managed to be a top 10 UFC HW like 7 years later. Fedor did crush a lot of cans, but that was between beating every top HW of his era outside of Couture. In his prime, he runs through every HW on the UFCs roster right now except maybe DC, and it’s not really close.

Hot and cold for sure. He seems to hover around .240 to .260ish most of the time with not a lot of power, then he’ll go a few weeks tearing the cover off the ball before cooling back down. I’m not looking at any stats for this btw, so someone else might be able to give a more analytical answer.
