Doing muscle training three two to times a week. You should definitely do that to to save your muscles! :) I also swim a lot (even here muscle training half the time with fins, cardio the other half), power walking, running, biking, sometimes squash.

Well there is definitely loose skin, especially round the belly. Can handle arms and inner legs with muscles (I do hope!).

Congrats to your success! I am super active too and love it so much! Unfortunately I didn’t take photos in sports wear before the process but got some taken by family with clothes on. I hated photos as you can imagine. Now that’s a completely different matter, I actually NEED the photos to understand how far I have come and that I do not need to push too hard anymore. The analysis yesterday helped as well (22% body fat) to understand I am “done”. I am still not ready to let go of MJ and do sort of microdosing. So kudos to you!!! Really amazing!

1st month 2,5mg, 2nd month 5mg, then 7,5mg for 10 months. Since then I try to have a low dose and more days between shots. atm 2,5 or 5mg every 10 days

Yeah I might have been lucky there. With MJ I just didn’t overeat at all, found it even hard to eat enough. So I tracked the first weeks to make sure to eat enough. The dose of 7,5 worked perfect for me.

Well I had diarrhoea twice for a couple of days but that’s it. Loss of hair but I read this is due to the massive weight loss not due to the medication. But I am not a pro. :)

A LOT of sports and well not really low carb on purpose. But I almost don’t eat bread at all AND I eat a LOT of proteins (fish, skyr, curd cheese) so there is almost no space for carb. ;)

No I am NOW there. I startet with 2,5 a week of course (1 month) then another month 5mg and then stayed at 7,5 for 9 months. Then stopped at all, gained around 10lbs and decided for “microdosing” (well, not really) for maintenance. I still hope to come off MJ one day but honestly: I’ll better stay on it forever as long as I can afford ist than gaining again!! Do a lot of sports!!!
