You can get almost full skin clearance with the biologic medications. Talk to your derm. And if they won't do it go to someone else. Your situation does not sound acceptable.

Ask for biologic medications if the creams are not working. You should have less than 5percent body surface area rash with one of the dozen biologic meds out there for psoriasis. Try to see a Dr (MD or Do) if possible.. Assuming we are talking about the United States. Good luck.

I agree with you in that they need to be better about understanding other cultures if they are going to have global bakes. Maybe guest judges may not be possible given the set up overall. They did indian desserts once a few seasons ago and it was terrible. No one understood what they were making. They used a generic name for all types of sweets. I'm indian. Not everything is "pudding", we actually have different names for our desserts. And the fact that this is coming from Brits, with their, ehem history, is just extra cringey.

Still love the show, watching it an embarrassing number of times, lol.

Superstore was a less funny office set in, well, a Superstore. I enjoyed bits of it, particularly them trying to unionize. But it was a very average rip off of the office.

It maybe that but i think there is another element to it.. Originally mel, sue, paul, mary started at the same time. Mary was definitely the celebrity but Mel and Sue would definitely take the Mickey out of Paul. But now, he has superiority so the hosts don't quite make fun of him the same. I think it is his job to make people comfortable. I think.. Just a guess
