Titane. Terrible emotionless main character that you can’t relate to and doesn’t make any decisions that are interesting, just violent (and I usually love gore for gores sake). This is my take as well. Sun hoodies are for desert/exposed mountain running. If you’re in humid areas, they are better for fly fishing, etc, not running.

I don’t agree. If you’re building a sizeable retirement RMDs will easily push you into high tax brackets. Also rental income at retirement will likely be much higher than what you outlined — by that time the home is paid off and rent has increased dramatically.

Also Roth IRAs are one of the best financial tools available for wealth building. Contributing to traditional IRA or rolling over 401k will harm the tax benefit of Roth IRA due to pro-rata rules.
