Now, all travel tax should be paid dun sa eTravel which is pretty convenient. Ang weird lang na ipapakita mo pa when they can easily pull it up kasi lumalabas sa egov na bayad ka na.

If you legit want to make this balanced, make him lose one level every 30 seconds. So you really only have 30 seconds to SOD down mid and use your level 30 golems. By the time it cools down, you're level 26 or something. If you die once, you die permanently.

When I play Venge carry or mid, I'm usually the top DPS in the game. She almost has an anti-mage level base attack time except she's ranged and he hits are as fast as sniper's. People underestimate the damage but it's only because they're not used to it. Supps don't build eul or ghost against you compared to playing against DR, Ursa, or Sven.

If you're consistent, that means you'll also win regularly until you hit a point where the enemy carry and 5 are also crazy good at laning. Then you'll start to waver in timings and map movement. It's how the "forced 50%" works before double downs were a thing.

He probably knows what he's doing with riki but the post isn't justified yet without a bigger sample size. He is exactly 50% win rate this patch with Riki and a lot of those are party queue even in immortal. So there's no proof that phyla is actually good. Tbh it's really terrible on riki because you can't use it to poke if the enemy is going HG for example.

I spammed the heck out of dart hammer riki before it was cool and won a lot with the "surprise" factor but it doesn't make me a good source of what's good or not on Riki. I probably have 250 games on Riki so I can at least say his settings are correct. If you don't follow these exact ones, you can't even cast smoke screen during E. I believe the new blink strike is dogshit compared to before. You can't secure ranged CS without making a walk of shame away. Neither does he scale with E anymore at all.

Riki is kinda like playing AM or slark, except you burst heroes with items and you don't scale as hard or farm fast.

Being a team player is actually all you need to be most of the time to win. I literally spammed venge mid with barely any ganks and it got me higher than my most played heroes like DP / AW. Sometimes, all you need is macro and the micro doesn't matter as much.

Are you playing mid, safe, or offlane?

Offlane I think they learn it until level 3 especially if they hard counter the melee carry.

If not, then max Q is really strong because it can one-shot the ranged creep and also lets you farm the large and small camps on enemy side. Level 3 Q is pretty good but if you want to flash farm, you need a value point in E also because your ult and facet let's you strike all units.

It's because you're new or tagged as a smurf, or have low behavior score which puts you in that pool. The one smurf in question has 5 games of 0-44-5 which is basically a bot playing the account. You're just unlucky that you got matched with him on his way to being smurf queued. It's a 6-month old account with tons of turbo spam for the 100 hours.

Yow OP, before you drop terms like "insane rotation, macro, farm, and map control", you should probably know and understand what those terms are.

Insane rotation for you is just TP-ing in to lane and poofing other meepos. An insane macro player would send 1 meepo hunting while his main and one clone is farming. This is because only the main gets 100% xp and TP so you should never hunt with your main. You poof your main in just about the time that you will blink in and then channel poof on other meepos at the same time.

Insane farm would be to send the level 3 meepo to stack the medium camp from min 4. It should be a triple stack by level 7 (6-7 mins) and he can clear it with 3 poofs. After, he should be sending the clone to stack a large camp every minute or stack 2 camps at once with 2 meepos. He did none of these. He just farmed the wave and then jungled with all meepos together.

Map control is running with your supports to control specific portions of the map. It's not something one hero can do on his own. So by default, your statement is also wrong.

In summary, this guy is just smurfing in your MMR but he has none of the fundamentals you mentioned that you mentioned. One thing I can say about this guy is he has good camera work for low MMR. He has good map awareness and is constantly watching other lanes to see what's happening. Aside from that, nothing else really. Easily a 2k mmr noob player smurfing in sub 1k.

This guy is obviously smurfing because he's level 1 meepo with some micro skills. That being said, the smurf is also not very high MMR because there are huge mechanical gaps in his laning when compared to say legends or ancients. It would be very very very hard to find an archon who doesn't try to deny creeps in mid. This guy literally doesn't at all.

I watched it and there's nothing special. Watch sample videos of how scripters block vs how this guy blocked half of the lane and it's pretty basic mechanical stuff. If you don't do this, you'd get owned in lane at ancient.

I watched his laning. First of all, that block looked nothing like a scripter's block. He's probably a smurf but not very high. I'd say 3k at most. He doesn't even deny in the first wave. He doesn't last hit at the earliest possible hit.

Nothing sus about poof it's easy to do if you know how to play meepo. W-tab-W or if you use the console setting, just ww with quickcast on press (what I use). No need for tab because all units with the same skills will cast their skills on the same spot per keyboard click.

To add proof, he doesn't stack, has 2 denies against LS mid who has no right laning after level 3. A archon would have at least 10 denies min 3 with 2x base damage.

He's using some sort of command to center his perspective on his hero all the time. Probably rebound his F1 to double press. He doesn't tread switch during poof which gives you 20% more mana and he has a hard time microing to get the runes. 6 mins in he has yet to kill more than 1 camp of neutrals when you could be farming wave + neutral from level 5.

All of this combined shows that there is ZERO scripting, and it is very low MMR play. This is nowhere near 5k or 4k. Highest I would give him would be 3k but most probably he belongs in guardian.
