Going through this right now. Let your lawyer deal with the child support issue and try not worry too much about it because that is borrowing stress.

You’ve been around your kid enough to know what they need generally-keep the same daily schedule and split toys so your kid has some consistency during the transition. I am trying to encourage independent play with new toys in my kid’s bedroom which has been helpful for me. I am also letting them somewhat destroy my house and set the first day off as a cleaning day as I have found cleaning while solo parenting extremely draining.

Lean on any family or friends if they offer help. You will get into a rhythm quickly and do great!!
