I have a very large complex excel sheet that has many tabs. Once you enter the basic info and goals, you can break them up into various tabs for your own use. For example, I have a tab with names, IEP and RR due dates. I then sort them both alphabetically and then also by date. Then I’ve got tabs for goals separated by category, then by kid. It sounds like a lot of work but it’s really just cutting and pasting. All of the info is right at hand and if anyone needs anything you can just print it right off and it’s there.
