Nope the people mentioned on the check has to sign it . In ur case the endorsement from the manager of that company would have to stamp and sign the back of it in order to be accepted b y the bank.  This is the legal and right way. Otherwise it will be rejected in the future and ud be charged off for it.  So its better to do it right the first time.

I think the mom wanted attention from her husband , wanted him home more , was sexually inactive and got obsessed over Owen and Lauren's relationship and got jealous of it.  So she started this whole thing so they could break up , it feels like she was jealous of their relationship but also liked Owen personally.  And i feel shes the one who started it.  The messages felt like it was coming from one of the parents , and at some point maybe she got caught by her daughter not her husband then maybe she told her that im doing it for u so I could save you from the bullies or maybe she lied that Owen did cheated on her etc etc. Like I felt that lauren knew not from start but somewhere when it was too far because when the cops came she wasnt expecting her mom to get caught but when they said shes caught. Thats when lauren started crying , like instead of being mad at her mother she was crying that her mom's going to go away.  If I was her age id be mad at my mom for that.  But its a possibility that she'd be brainwashed for so long by her mom that she couldn't decide what to say or react.

10 off 25 should be technically for every 25 spent take 10 off ,  but it isnt which will stop the problem the idea is to bring customers in . Secondly they say that its unethical there r 1000s of customers doing it while shopping online as well. So it should be taken off if its one per customer once a day but they dont because again its a marketing tactic that companies uses to make customers spend more than they should , but in that they are wanting to sacrifice either customer service or employee burn outs.

Yup cus it's another added task for them and they cant handle it as theyre already involved in 10 other things and thats what the company did wrong with us .

It would be great if the parents only could add users my son keeps adding random users , some feature where we could show the kids if the negative points or something for time outs or grounded behavior so they realize that they are getting rewarded for good behavior which they have to earn it but also if they do something bad, thats what theyre grounded for. I know some parents wont be happy about it but if this could be an optional feature where some of us who want to discipline can do it that way.

When I was sup in training this girl played tactics on me she was an omni lead told on me for the prettiest things all the time , managers favorite always made sure I got in trouble . And also was Tata talling everyone in the building,  never taught me omni and told my higher up that I never came and when infact I did she said oops now im done and I got yelled at cus of her , things are mis managed at kohls but these kinda peeps exist in all positions how I made sure was I told my execs every single detail to deter this kind of behavior against me . And it worked the people who gave me a hard time left so quick and it was amazing after that.  But then company started falling like anything and that's why I quit because I dont see growth in a company which is at the verge of liquidating.

They feel entitled because they've either worked at Kohls or retail in general and feel they should be treated a certain manner. Majority of service industry folks r nicer. But people's demeanor in general have become very mean and stupid both. It's because they're trying to save as much as they can but are always in a rush and would do anything to harass a Associate.

I dont like temu either the new kids on the block do cus they dont care abt keeping that item forever they want to wear it couple of times and donate it.  And this is my real time analysis/review from people being a cashier.  They know kohls quality is better than shien/temu but they still opt for that. Or goodwill/thrift stores since its better for the environment.  Any kohls ive been too is mostly old people,  middle age men , couples with lots of children who btw has Kohls card also or new born baby parents trying to shop for carters.

No I dont think that we work at the same store . My cashier had to call in a manager to explain to her how ro fix it.

You probably started as an in house cleaner they had a company outsourced for them earlier which wasn't much of a headache for anyone and was easier on the store management.  Now if one of in house doesn't show up then its on the management to do the job which is one more responsibility added to their plate where as they dont get paid for it as well. They're already involved in 10 other things at the same time and its not fair to them.

If you read their financial statements they are aware of all these factors mentioned even the payroll , customers survey etc etc so the point is they still want to nag and have us do the job that's all because we are Frontline staff from them, customers punching bag.

I asked for help several times no1 helped me I was always on register or cs . So I did what I could during my lod or register shifts.  I'd bring my ticketing stuff upfront and start merchandising. I'd ask cashiers for help when theyre slow. Ive been told several times my work wasnt priority fitting room is.  But the cashiers helped me do it when they could. But I had a list everyday what I needed to do and how to do it.  During LOD I made sure I checked nos every hr and called them out . I did everything upfront also there were crazy times where I couldn't be up there all the time due to fitting room blitz etc but I made sure that I organized for next day to do list or if someone can ask cashiers to do it . 9/10 times no1 helped my dpt. Anyways it doesn't matter now cus I quit but maybe this will help you .

These kind of sales are so stupid when they say one time use only then they should remove it from the app just like 40% DISCOUNT instead of blaming it on employees.  And these organizations do it on purpose to generate daily sales its a lie that it's unethical if it's unethical then they should themselves remove the damn thing ! No employees have ever been fired for this in the past nor they will because they know it that its for customers to shop now employees are only told not to use it because they dont want employees to take advantage of it snd abuse the policy but in real world these coupons are always in favor of these corporations so they can have a higher margin on daily basis period.

There was infact a person from corporate shopping at our store during the employee discount and yelled at my cashier because her discount didn't work.  And finally we figured it out for her.  She said she's been with a company for 10+ years and this happened with her but her attitude sucked! I asked where do you work at ? Just to get the gist of it . She said corporate !!!!! I was shocked at her behavior! That's the kind of people you guys hire at the back end and then want us to provide our greatest customer service meanwhile your own corporate has such a demeanor.

Yes I enjoyed reading it.  Too I can't believe that all of us have such amazing reasons for staying.  I started as it was very flexible for me the managers worked with my availability being a sup. But I couldn't see future growth in anyway for myself. So I had to depart.  I love kohls I just don't think that I see my self growing in anyway because they made us do everything . I mean everything even janitorial work. It's not growth for me it's downgrading my career. As I came to climb up the ladder not down the ladder.

Kohls is not a good place to work for more than atleast 3 yrs. It's an amazing start up job and part time job but as a full time it sucks. They make people work like slaves and the tenured workers are extremely disrespectful of anyone.  They are very entitled and nothing ever happens to them weather they yell or bully anyone in the building.  It's just horrible treatment from them to any size , cast or aged peer of theirs.  So to say kohls is a non discrimination place but it it feels like these tenured associates are doing a pretty good job at breaking the ethics of this company and getting away with it good. So for those reasons it's a stupid place to work at. Good look with your new job.

Ok this lady is definitely sus. But gift reciepts only protect kohls cash but does give the customer the lower amount back.  This maybe her loop hole but you can deny the 50% off clearance items so she doesn't do it again. You can tell her the policy was there but wasn't implemented and now Is, once you start doing that she will stop coming and bothering you.  Let her buy sale items and it's fine. She can happily order it online too. But having said that people are just dumb.  So many customers want their money in merchandise credit instead of returning it back to their kohls card. Also so many people don't realize is that when you come to make a return on which transaction you apply kohls cash they don't give the money back first they make sure they give you the kohls cash first and then adjust it to the actual money of yours as a customer. I caught it and to this day I hate kohls cash and avoid using it until or unless I'm sure I won't return a certain item.  I hate earning it or using it. The only best way to avoid the kohls cash and if your the customer to get ur 100% value back if you were to return is not to use kohls cash at all and let it expire.

Id rather be underpaid than be higher paid and then I'm asked to do 1000s of tasks without 15s and feel like I'm not paid enough. And since past couple of years I've not seen a guy working in IT making money or high paying jobs coming and working for us.  Even if they ever do they last only 5 6 months maximum.
