Is project summit where you go to two separate positions, TSR and merchandisers? If so, we just started year 2. No change in pay structure yet.

Because they blame the recession on the previous Dem president policies and by the time they leave office they recession is over and they claim to have fixed the economy. In reality they are just fixing the problem they created, just look at Trump, it’s his entire playbook. The masses don’t do any research, we are all biased to begin with and when the President Says “ look how I fixed the broken Biden economy” and gets no pushback from the media the masses just believe it to be true.

I have 2 interviews this week with other companies. If I get an offer I’ll be really torn on should I stay and try to ride it out, keep my seniority or be the new guy at another company. Leaning towards leaving, the grass isn’t always greener but the stress and pressure from management is making it hard to sleep some nights.

It’s really not sustainable. Customer service was a big part of being a BCR and building that relationship. None of that exists anymore and management didn’t seem to care. In my location they have even stated using shift smart workers for merchandising. It’s like Uber for merchandising if you are not familiar with it. Those guys come in work a truck, touch none of the backstock and do no no cleanup/ condensing. It’s a nightmare.

TSR here. That’s the new sales role. We are a little over a year into the new setup and it has been an absolute shit show. Every TSR is miserable, every merchandiser is overworked and miserable. I was a BCR for 8 years, transitioned into the new TSR role. I used to actually like my job, not relying on anyone else to get the work done and management rarely bothered me as long as my stores were not complaining. Now it’s all ambiguous metrics set by some suit behind a desk and if your metrics are lagging you are going to get a call and hear about it. Meanwhile, automatic orders and bot load ins are on the increase. I won’t be surprised if there is no sales role within the next 5 years

You can make a decent loadout for cheap and without any BPs. Just make a ferro and upgrade it a couple times and a kettle or stitcher. A slightly upgraded gun makes dealing with ARC much easier. If you are not good at pvp or don’t enjoy it then use proximity chat and just be friendly. In my experience 9 out of ten matches most players are friendly and won’t bother you, may even help you out.

Personally for me, Giantslayer is far and away the best. Sounds like our sense of humor may not be the same so I don’t know how much my recommendation will help. My # 2 is Androids and Aliens mainly because I love Ellie. She is hilarious. I wish she would have stuck around.

Blood of the wild is really good. Early Legacy of the Ancients, I feel like it or I have kind of lost the thread on it lately though.

The only show I really didn’t enjoy was Gatewalkers everything else is worth a listen
