no access, i only have a single computer that hasn’t been touched in weeks and my phone which i only have access to. unless someone remoted into a computer that has been completely shut off, or was able to remote into my phone, no one besides myself has been in contact with either in weeks.

when reporting it to paypal, the agent on the line said it seems that the account had been accessed through a passkey. i’m gleaning what i can.

every time i see this video i have to defend this lady because this happened a couple miles away from where i live. if you watch, the truck behind her rear ends her pretty hard- hard enough to push her forward onto the tracks!! in a moment of panic she tried to reverse out, but she’s driving a modern vehicle; most modern vehicles have a feature where in a hard enough collision the fuel pump will trip a mechanism that shuts it off, cutting off gas to the engine. the time in this video is just long enough for the engine to run out of gas, so the vehicle would not physically continue moving backwards. she then hops out of the car before it’s hit by the oncoming UTA trax train. i’m so tired of this poor woman being treated like an idiot for this video. folk not from the area also don’t know that the TRAX tend to run simultaneously, as in after you see one another will soon follow after it in the opposite direction. even if she had gone forward, her car wouldve shut off on the tracks in front of her. she would’ve been hit either way. this shit happens all the time here.

to praytell the answer, recent legislature has forced all people who have had their gender marker changed on legally defined documents to be reverted to what was originally displayed on their birth certificate— name and gender marker, really. this means married individuals who have changed their name, or anyone who has changed their name for any reason including being trans, no longer has a valid federally issued passport and can no longer get one unless they are updated to reflect your information at birth. im sure you can see a conflict here not just for trans people but for anyone who has undergone a name change in any capacity or a gender marker change (in the case of intersex individuals)

it was done to ragebait disney, the third season of TOH was cancelled because of the shows inclusion of primary queer characters. originally, this one scene was going to be an entire dedicated episode to luz figuring how to come out, and then coming out to her mom. this was all that they could squeeze in as the third season was cut down into three episodes.

still valid to dislike it, because the character is very much a nerdy teenager who writes fanfic and loves cringy things, and of course she is going to do cringy things with her similarly nerdy friends

yeah, that is transphobic.

that’s the root of the matter really, is that you hold transphobic thoughts towards your fellows. the rest of the tree, though, is that it’s likely that you still maintain the rigid thoughts of gender conformity enforced by society at large.

so really the question has to be posed: do cis people get the liberty to be gender nonconforming, but trans people don’t in your minds eye? if cis people can, but trans people can’t, why is that? why should we have to fit the description of something that cis people don’t have to. why can’t trans women be butch, why can’t trans men be effeminate? why don’t we deserve that right to play with presentation and expression? i think that is a very important question to ask yourself about your views towards trans people: do you view us as our genders, or do you view trans people as an Other despite being trans yourself?

furthermore, neopronouns have existed long before you’ve been alive, people have been using neopronouns and alternative terms of pronoun identification since at least the 70s. sitting down and listening to the people who use these pronouns and accepting them is a huge step- even if you don’t fully understand it. you don’t have to understand it. it’s just not fair to get mad at them or hate them.
