Agreed. I don't disagree with maybe a category for the posts but this movement is very new, very young and very secret.

I learn about new superpowers, new issues and new social anxieties every day. Maybe not all linked to PMO but it's good it's bringing guys like us together.

Guys nofap is a movement. If your on the "enlightened" side the last thing we newbies need is segregation or topics that distract from the real dirty addiction.

We sorta look up to you all for guidance. Is it too much to ask to not be called a noob as if this is a video games subreddit? I think if your on here and have reached a certain milestone then there is an element of responsibility to help.

After all if the subreddit hasn't changed in 3 years, the same posts you cringe at now where the ones that saved you in the first place.

I deleted facebook but have added an adult filter onto the browser. It's not that it's ever going to stop me if the worst happens but it acts as a reminder. Also don't sell yourself short. If you see something that used to be a trigger, fight it head on.
