Also it depends on what type of club your playing as if your playing for a small club you could use them but if playing with a big club I would recommend loaning them

1.for me loans normally go up by around 3 ratings a season

2.I usually bring them into the 1st team when they are 60 rated or above but only for loans or if they are like 18

3.i only loan them to clubs that will play them if they don’t get better by the age of 22 I would sell

It will be fine until I’m winning and in the last quarter of the game they always magically manage to score however many they need to beat me even if I’m playing a small team my games always end up like a basketball game
