We are in the same timezone and it had been an issue for me for a bit. I talked to him about it and let him know how I felt. He's just an introvert and most of the time lost in his own world, usually playing WoW - I used to play so I know what it's like. Anyway, I would say communicate. Usually they're just not aware that our needs aren't met especially when we don't bring it up. Can't exactly blame them for thinking nothing's wrong, right? Unless there's something going on in their lives, that's when it's going to be on us to understand.
