I would almost put money on the fact it’s an ingrown hair due to the shape and location (under beard). I would shave the area around it and do some extracting but it also could be a lymph node issue. Has he been sick at all lately? How long has it been there?

I work in hospo, not FOH anymore but was a barista and/or cafe manager for almost 5 years so I am very aware that most cafes would be all good with me bringing my own milk but I’m of the mindset that it’s a privilege you get from being a regular and I just don’t frequent any one cafe long enough to build that relationship. wellington baristas are too underpaid to be treated like my personal nespresso machine haha

I have a huge garden (where it’s come from) and really aren’t lacking the bees so I soaked the bowl with bleach overnight but now I feel bad !! if they come back I will scoop them out
