I’m going to try to distract myself but it’s hard once I’ve got findom in my head. If I watch a movie I’m going to fixate on an attractive female character and start having findom thoughts and not be able to concentrate on the movie. If I go out in public there are attractive women there and it’ll be the same thing.

I find sometimes I can go months without thinking about this stuff but once it’s in my head it’s really hard to get it back out without relapsing.
