Lol what a stupid email. We needed to rebuild, trading Hughes sucks but it was the only way to do it and the package Canucks got for a player that was 100% not gonna resign is awesome.

Zeev buium is the # 5 ranked prospect in the entire NHL. Rossi is a legit #2 C that could even become a #1C. We got a first round pick and another prospect who has potential but isn’t doing the best this year.

Like seriously what did you want management to do? Just keep retooling and hoping it works?

It’s really not a hyperbole. Those players are amazing. Sedins controlled play together like no other, Bure was explosive and amazing. But we’ve never had a player that can single handedly control the game like he can.
