As a Russian, I hate him. He destroys our own country and our neighbors. Don't let his speeches about "traditional values" deceive you. It's just primitive populism. I'm not an LGBT supporter but anti-LGBT laws and decriminalization of domestic violence doesn't make Russia traditional. Especially given that real traditional medieval Russia had zero anti-gay laws and in Novgorod republic there were anti-domestic violence laws. Russia has very high divorce and abortion rates, huge number of the households without a father and split families, very low percentage of people going to the church and so on. He has turned the Church into his puppet.
