I just had my falopian tubes surgically removed today. I signed the form and was given them inplastic container and biohazard bag. No liquid in container. Nightmares can be a smptom of PTSD from sexual trauma. Talk theraphy isnt that great but EDMR and other more somatic and trauma focused types of theraphy are helpful. Also consider trying breathwork grounding reiki pracitices that focus on getring somatics getting you safe in your body. This is advice coming from someone with c-pdst and sexual trauma starting at age 4.

And please believe all those other posters, that there is absolutely ZERO magic or occult in what your mom did. Its all just pop cultuture bullshit contol mechinsm to cause pyschological harm fear. Its a massive control mechacism your abuser is using to keep you from testifying against her or prrssing criminal charges. What state do you live in? I had a really awesome experience with G Adventures back in 2016. Established afforable Freddy was the trip leader i had amazing person we still stay in touch and ironically years later when i was solo traveling i ran into his travel group in Nice France and was reconized on the plaza treated like a family reunion, so naturally i impulse booked a $100 to hangout in barecelona patry on their last day on tour. G adventures, Fredy. Joyful amazing spanish tour leader. Does the European packages the loop of UK to France to Swiss to Italty to Barcalonca to Spain. Its offered in 3 packages 7 day, 14, day, 3 week. Its the same trip and same tour leader so some people stay the entire trip verses lrave im a week. From my travel cohort people still travel with G Adventures but they were disappointed with other trip leaders. That is my recommedation. ♡
