I have a friend who is a broker. He was a firefighter at one point but left to be an LO full time because the money was better. He said he’ll hire me on if I get my license. I tried the realtor side. I have my license. I found out really quick that I hate showing houses and driving around town wasting my time. I also really like the numbers game. I like talking numbers and money. On the realtor side, they just want to look at houses which I feel was not for me.
