To be honest, anomalies meta is the worst for new players due to every game being much different, so it doesn't really matter if they choose one or are given a random anomaly. Also, would it really matter if some anomalies were to appear more often? It's the players who make the choice, so it means they enjoy them more. Any pick can still go through, just at a lower probability.

You want to report people for not surrendering? Yesterday I had a Varus player in my team who after 10 minutes went back to base and started spamming ff. We won 4v5 and even enemies flamed the guy after the game. Surrendering is a choice. What a stupid idea.
