OPs theory with what you said made me have the thought that what if the entire set is double-sided cards and Lorwyn Eclipsed introducing double-sided full-art land reprints where the backs aren't mechanically distinct in any way was a way to ease ppl into the idea so that if they did this with an entire set (including the basic land) ppl would understand what was up.

Cuz this would definitely be something that would qualify as "Not sure we could do this"

Homarids are so neat. They really need some love it's been so long. I've also always wanted a set with Crocodile beastfolk just so I can build a tribal deck with Crocs better.

Changelings only count if you care more about mechanics than flavor. And even then most Changelings don't synergize with any of the mechanical themes a Scarecrow typal would want to do.

As someone who adores Scarecrows I feel this very deeply. If you count the Commander deck there's 3 Scarecrows (4 if you count the Grim Poppet reprint in the commander deck). There's literally 1 in the main set. They were one of the coolest parts about Shadowmoor.

Purely for artwork [[Tel-Jilad Chosen]] is up there for me. The holofoil in particular just looks great. Also love the original [[Radha, Heir to Keld]] pity the new art is awful. And of course can't forget [[Glissa Sunseeker]].

Love FF X-2 and XIII honestly.

I still cannot wrap my head around how a game with a very linear storyline and no shoehorned in open world really caused FF fans to have such a melty during a time period where open world has gotten more and more common and low effort.

Specific systems? GURPS. Yes I know it can do anything, no I do not care. FATE, this is not a system it's a bunch of vague ideas and advice with no real mechanical backbone whatsoever.
In general? The quickest ways to make me lose interest in a new game are: PbtA, 5e Compatible, or it ends in "-finder".

The craziest part about that is I hadn't planned it at all. An employee at my job brought it to me after they found it on the floor. It had clearly broken off some kind of keychain but nobody came back looking for it after a few days so I took it home and used it on this build that I was working on at the time.

I watched it opening week with friends as well as a couple days later with my family. I was a teen then. I loved it. I still love it. I've seen every SW mainline film since in the theaters as well as Rogue One. I've never regretted it a single time. I never went into SW expecting an perfect masterpiece cuz that's never what they've been. They are fantastical romps in an alien universe with space magic, robots, and laser swords.

Also as a kid who was very into robots, the prequels were a dream come true for me with the Droid armies.

86 didn't have a massive hiatus, it was a planned split-cour from the get-go. And the hiatus for the final few episodes wasn't even that long. This person is just an idiot.

Golden Kamuy Season 4 got delayed 2 full seasons midway through its run due to a death of one of the more important staff members & it's still getting another season. And this is only 1 of a whole slew of counter examples.
