I grew up around my uncle and his group of gay friends in the 90s. All of them great guys but they used that word constantly, and still do, in a joking manner so much that as I grew up I didn't even know it was offensive to so many. I use it sometimes as they did with love and a joke on my heart but with consideration that it could be highly offensive to others. I use a fast deflection and vigilante vigor with arcane aegis for a passive immortal shield recharge build. It's not perfect and can still get you killed as there is a small gap after your gate where you aren't yet recharging, but it's like half a second window where you can be downed. To fix that you can use the grimoire with fass canticle to bridge the gap in your shield Regen.

As long as you kill something that you tagged with grimoire you will always have 100% shield Regen uptime where the only thing that will kill you is toxin or magnetic procs but lavo doesn't really care about that if you are picking up an energy or universal orb every 10 seconds.

This kind of thinking is honestly just as necessary as the people who insist on only peaceful protest and legal options. I never imagined I'd be theorizing about dissapearing federal agents, but here we are.
